Following the request for clarification by our committee, the question of compensation Damage caused by the last flooding of the Seveso, we received notice from the Chairman of the Area 9, Dr. Beatrice Uguccioni, this answer already posted on this site.
Our Committee (SES - Stop overflows Seveso) believes, however, that if any damage is likely to act separately less bargaining power compared to a single class action lawsuits by victims who have suffered damage caused by the same cause.
This type of class action lawsuit (CLASS ACTION) is now also in Italy from January 1, 2010.
Our Committee has already made initial contact with the law offices of civic movements that operate in Italy and Europe in order to possibly suggest a solution to class action lawsuit in which we can do successfully communicated.
