We get some time, and we turn the petition in support of ANH (Alliance for Natural Health), with the goal to stay the entry into force of the European Directive on Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products (THMPD). This Directive, which prevents the spread of herbal remedies in Europe if not recognized value (read: at least 15 years of working on European soil), effectively blocked the entrance to many products from South America, China, India, and others. ;
This prevents freedom of choice of care, as the veto on such remedies will not allow the spread not only in Europe but also made the acquaintance of the public.
Giovanna Fumero, partner in 'legal counsel in naturopathic scope' of our school of naturopathy, has sent this petition to MEPs, most did not respond, but one of them, (Of which I do not quote the name for privacy), has kindly responded to the request to block this Directive.
From his e-mail, we learn that it is already 'in force, having been approved by Parliament European in its previous term. Therefore, any intervention is currently impossible.
This unfortunately sad, because an account is to verify the effectiveness of a product and its non-toxicity (procedure useful for the protection of health), another block is the knowledge and dissemination. So I present to all those who are working to spread this petition, which, unfortunately, is no longer necessary.
