the man was sleeping, slipped under the skin and soon began to dream. Sometimes during sleep, a tear slides down from the eye of the dreamer, we never know what sort of dream that causes it, but we know it is a dream of sadness or longing. And this happened to humans.
The Skeleton Woman saw the tears shining in the firelight, and suddenly felt a tremendous thirst. With difficulty he dragged beside the sleeping man and put his mouth on that tear. That one tear was like a river, and she drank and drank until his thirst for years and years was not appeased.
