PETITION
The flooding of the Seveso stream that affected areas and neighborhoods of the area north of the city, Niguarda, Fulvio Testi, Island and Zara, which occurred last September, after the recurrence of any other flood (10 in 2010 alone) show once again the possibility that the same may happen again, not only for exceptional rainfall events, but also because of the failure attention in constructing buildings and roads forcing the river in a small space compared to the same need and not subjecting it to direct and better controlled spills.
